So the $6100 is a manufacturer to dealer incentive and not something the dealer needs to pass along to the consumer but I certainly should fight for?
Do you have numbers for 24mo/15k and 24mo/12k in 60202?
Trims: 25t R-Sport AWD and 25t Prestige AWD
Also, is there still lease support for 2018 XF Sportbrakes? If so, numbers for same terms, please.

The 24 month terms are terrible. Are you interested in 36 months?
If they are awful, you can quote me 36 or so.

Correct
Of course the dealer is telling me this is a limited edition vehicle there are no incentives on it??
He will do no better than MSRP and that most other dealers are charging over sticker for these cars there are only 18 in the country.

Are you actually interested in all the cars you've requested numbers on, or are you shopping the best deal?
Might I suggest a few test drives to see what you like? I've seen many a folk jump on a fantastic lease deal, only to hate the car they picked.
I've test driven all of them multiple times, and am not particularly partial to any of them. I had a Stelvio for two days, GLC for several, took dad out to look at the Volvos, MBs, Jaguar, and Land Rovers again too. Dream car is the Audi Q8, but not a good deal and not what I want to pay. Loved the handling of the Stelvio more than any of the others, but it's very low tech.
I've got to roll in negative equity, so a good deal is of even greater importance. Mercedes-Benz trade in is currently disabled at a Mercedes-Benz dealership, and I'm not exactly sure what to do about that.

If you were looking to lease a luxury SUV, and you have negative equity, you should look at the Infiniti QX60. The lease deals on those are quite good, and you can probably bury the negative equity without Impacting your payment all that much
Everything you have inquired about has an average to worse than average lease program

Someone recommended that to me on another forum. I'll look into it, but I really have to move on this before they start charging me for this loaner I've been driving for over a week.

If you don't need an SUV, most mid-sized non-luxury brand sedans can be leased pretty well.

I am coming from a 2012 Mercedes-Benz R350 BlueTEC. I love the fuel efficiency, low-end torque, and space. Mine is extremely loaded with just about everything that was offered. The adaptive damping suspension means that it handles incredibly well. People are shocked given their experience with basic R-Classes.
I really want something with the latest technology and enough space for a 150lb dog. I wouldn't mind something smaller than what I have now, but a sedan is out of the question. I have to haul large items on occasion. Another dream car of mine is an E-Class wagon, but they are also too pricey from what I have seen. In my area, they are around $80k well-equipped and the last time I checked these forums they leased poorly. My salesman confirmed that. I'm going to look at a QX60 in an hour, but I'd like to have all my calculations in order.
I'd keep the R350, but it needs over $20k worth of work and multiple mechanics have told me to ditch it at this point.
