    How often do the MF and residual change? last month the MF was 0.00230 and 74% residual for the same vehicle.

    For Toyota, the MF can change monthly.

    The residual is only updated quarterly. Doesn't mean it has to change, just means that it can change.

    Actually, residuals for Toyota have been updating bi-monthly, rather than quarterly.
    And, they did just update on November 1st.

    Every bank has a lease acquisition fee. Non-negotiable.

    However, I don't know the fee for SETF

    Thx Michael. Having a surprisingly difficult time getting dealers to use .00235 MF. They’re insisting on .00265 as base rate. Which bank is .00235? Also, is the rate and residual better on a TRD model (off road or sport) than SR5 (both would be double cab 4x4, either bed size) at 27/10.

    The Tacoma uses TFS' standard MF. We haven't seen it since September, so it's possible that it's gone up.
    Same residual for Off-Road. 1% lower for Sport.

    Hey can someone get me residual and MF on a topped out trd offroad 4x4 short bed 2019 MSRP is around 41,400? Zip code 80014
    need 36/15 and 36/12 AUTOMATIC. Numbers for both 2018 and 2019 if possible
