The Altima I am looking at is currently $23,308 after $5072 off in dealer discount and $3000 in national rebates ($1500 customer cash, $500 bonus cash and $1000 cash for the turbo).. MSRP was $31,380. Are the $3400 in incentives you listed any of these? I am unsure of what price range to be looking in for this vehicle.

Being quoted MSRP of $33,137 and selling price of $28,980. $28,403 cap cost. I'm new to leasing so am not sure how to answer the question of the breakdown for the $3,100 up front.

For my own understanding of incentives, is that $3,400 what the dealer receives for making the sale?
