Your local tax rate + 3%. So, if your local rate is 7%, then the tax on the lease is 10%. And, it's applied to the monthly payment.

Tier 8?

Tier 1 rate for the Altima is 2.9% up to 60 months.

I don't have the specific Tier 8 rate, but in general it is 9.0% higher than the Tier 1 rate.

Selling price was 31180 so 2000 off the msrp which is from the 1500 Nissan cash incentive and the 500 holiday cash incentive. The out of pocket 2200 Covers tax, tags, first payment and lowers monthly. I could put down just first payment but then he had me in the 400s and I told him I'd like to be closer to 360. That said the deal you were discussing with the other gentleman seems much better than this
