My zip is 63132. I expect to go with Prestige, though haven't ruled out P+. I'll probably be doing 36/10 or 36/12. Or is 39 a better option?

For the market allowance, is that something I should be asking for on top of whatever discount I negotiate? And on top of the $4K lease incentive, right? We haven't talked lease vs buy yet, so while I've got them significantly off MSRP, I'm assuming these lease only incentives should go on top of that. Thanks!

You need to be up front with them about leasing, as there may be different incentives they use if they think you are buying.

Ahh, good point. Wasn't being coy with them before, but I wasn't actually thinking I'd lease until I saw the $4K cash. I'd mentioned I wasn't sure yet when I met with them before, and then they just called up to make a better offer. They may or may not be assuming finance/cash with the offer they made. We'll see when I get there!

Where are the taxes in this quote? Paid up front or added into the monthly payment? Is that part of the $4000 cash from you?

You should get an accounting of what the $4000 specifically covers.

But, I'd start by telling them you want the base MF, or no deal.

Considering the $2000 Audi-to-dealer incentive, $5177 off MSRP is not very much for last year's model.

Earlier post had term at 39/10? That residual is 45%.

Does the $54K cap include the tax? Appears that it might.

You seem to be rounding off a lot of numbers, which can skew the results.
Considering the $6000 in rebates plus Audi-to-dealer incentives, $9K off isn't that great of a deal. But, if the $54K includes the upfront NYS sales tax, then it starts to look better, as the tax would be around $2100-$2200.
