Its a factory to dealer incentive, and is reflected in the selling price the dealer offers you.

Yes, that is an Audi-to-dealer incentive. All of the incentives are reflected in the adjusted CAP cost given in the fine print of the offer.

$5600 from you (trade equity and cash)? I would have avoided that.

It appears the MF is marked up to .00065. This added $50/mo to the payment.

But, here is some more bad news... It appears they've used 47% for the residual. The correct residual for 39/10 is 45%. (+1% for AudiCare = 46%) I'll guess this contract would get kicked back from Audi Finance, once they realize the residual is wrong. The 1% lower residual will add about $15/mo more to the payment.

That is, unless they've dropped the mileage allowance to 7.5K/yr. I can't find the mileage allowance anywhere in your documents.

The only thing good about this deal is the tax credits.

yes millage is what the lease special had 7.5K, He had also allowed $1600 more in trade value then kbb did offer.I could not get anyone else to do $400/39M + the trade and cash that you see in the deal.
