look like the residual on the Stelvio TI Sport is 61% which seems good. The Stelvio Lusso is only 46%
Clearly a better deal can be haggled with the TI Sport.. This is stressful.. I am hoping to get one 15% off MSRP and get a payment under 600. closer to 500 even.. I think this is possible

The money factor we give is the base MF for top tier credit.
The dealer can mark it up for extra profit, regardless of credit, but your score should be top tier.

I am close to negotiating my lease for a 2019 Stelvio TI Sport.. Is it true the residual is lower on a Lusso model and therefore a Lusso would end up costing me more even though MSRP is about the same ?
Can you please provide the current MF and residuals for the TI Sport and the Lusso for 36m 10k in area code 33411

This is true - MF can be bumped as much as .00042 (equivalent to 1%)

How much is due from you at signing? Anything you don't pay up front gets added back into the selling price.

Is the $590/mo before or after tax?
