    Tks for the info. It seems strange that the dealer cash in my zip (77388) is only $650 and in 75226, which is Dallas - 200 miles from me it is $1,625.

    Hello! Leasing newbie here. Prior to the new 7/9/19 incentives, a local dealer offered me a FWD SEL R-line at $4K off MSRP. The KBB 'fair price' estimate was about the same. Now there is a $4K dealer lease cash in my area (94550). Should I expect a further discount is possible or does the discounted price already include the dealer lease cash? Thanks!

    Also a question about VW 'one pay' leases on a new Tiguan SEL R-line FWD. I called several dealers in my area (94550) and all of them said that there is no advantage to going with one pay, the end cost is about the same. One offered a slight decrease in MF (from .0012 to .0008) but apparently no reduction in the rent charge. Is this the general VW practice in most areas? Thanks!
