Does anyone know what the single pay MF would be or the tax savings? Jeep will be bought in dealership in Maryland and registered in Texas 78217.

How long of a lease is that?

My guess is that the 21% is the depreciation.

The residual is likely 79%, which is in the realm of possibility, depending on the bank.

I am interested in leasing JLU Sport S (4 door) wrangler, looking for 10k/36 lease. I am assuming that 2018 model is Standard MF and 66% residual for November 2018.

Does it make sense to wait to get 2019 JLU Sport S as the residual will be significantly higher (about 78% or so) and MF be the same as 2018?

Please advise.

It depends on what sort of discount you can get now. And, on whether your guess on 2019 residuals is correct.

Compared to other vehicles I've leased and checked rates on, these rates seem pretty high. Is this the "going rate" for a normal lease, or is it something about Jeep?

Popular vehicle, with a high MF but also a super high residual.

Residual calculated against total MSRP - base + options + destination. Bottom line number of the factory window sticker.

Residuals are 3% lower on the 2018 model, but in theory, you should get a much bigger discount.

$30 X 39 = $1170. How much is registration for one year?

I agree that there might be other considerations in not wanting to extend a lease.
