I get the same payment, with those numbers. Seems like a good deal.
The Sport and Sport S trims would come in a lot cheaper (lower MSRP + higher residual). Or, longer terms would significantly lower the payment.
I agree .However the Sahara has some options that are not available in Sport S trim. LED lighting package,Vinyl stitched dashboard and factory leather, bigger touch screen, satellite linked navigation,Painted fenders and soft touch door panels just to name a few. If all this was available in sport S then the MSRP would be close to Sahara and difference in payment will be not much.

The residual percentages are a lot higher on the Sport and Sport S. Even if they were the same MSRP, they would have a lower payment than the Sahara
But, if that's not the vehicle you want, it doesn't matter much.

Not a great deal. Try to go US bank route. The money factor is less, you can also easily get 1-5% more off price of vehicle. I'm getting a 51,735 Rubicon which get hit with one point lower residual but costs over 2k more than yours. With a 499 payment and 1699 due at signing. If I got Sahara I'd be at 475 monthly.

If I go with US bank with same discount my lease structure looks like this msrp 49185 selling price $45185 42 months 10k/year money factor .00170 residual 65% drive off ($695 bank fee, $560 dmv CA, Doc fee $115, First payment $480 including tax) = $1850. It is a better payment but I prefer 36 months term and 12k/year. Also want to stay away from US bank because of bad reviews on lease return and early pay off fees involved. Overall Chrysler lease numbers are very competitive. Both banks are using same residuals on every model but US bank has lower money factor but that comes with $695 bank fee which Chrysler financial is waiving this month and money factor being .00223. All in all for piece of mind I rather pay $22 extra and stay with Chrysler.

Looking at 2019 Unlimited Sahara optioned out at around $52.9k. Looking at lease option for 36/12k. What’s residual and MF?. Or if there’s a better term/offer/residuals @ 48 mos. Zip 92694.
Anyone have any deals on something similar they can share? Best discount? So far getting crazy offers that make no sense based on the high residuals I’m seeing here on the forum. I’ve been leasing for 20+ years and I don’t know where their numbers are coming from! Unnamed dealer in Orange County came back with 7k down on 48 mos with 10k miles and a payment of 669+ tax! I laughed. Asked for the breakdown and they stopped responding. 🤷🏻♂️ Ready to buy, need help!

Hi, what's the Money Factor, Residual, and Lease Credits if any for a 2018/19 Jeep Wrangler Sport 2 door for 36 months, 12k miles a year for zip code 33055? Thanks!

With a Chrysler Capital lease, and that adjusted CAP, I get $420/mo PLUS tax.
Seems like the CAP cost would have to be lower than that.
Is that the actual MSRP, or is that the selling price for the vehicle? If it's the MSRP, are you paying full MSRP (looks like it, with a CAP higher than MSRP)

That is the actual MSRP. Salesperon told me the cap is high because I asked for zero drive offs so they are built into the cap. I asked about the MSRP and he said that number never changes.

MSRP never changes, that is correct. But, usually you get a discount from MSRP. In this case, it doesn't appear you have one. But, also, the payment should be higher with that MSRP and CAP cost.
I agree that the deal is reasonable. I'd want to know the exact selling price If that "CAP cost" number is the adjusted CAP cost. The money factor used If it is a Chrysler Capital lease
And, most importantly, that the $420/mo includes tax.
The reason I list all of those questions, is the numbers don't add up.
Thank you for all the good information on here. I'll post the deal when I finally sign.
At my local dealer last night, they offered a lease with the following: Retention Rate: .00223 (standard Chrysler Cap money factor) Reserve Profit: .00073 (what is this??) Disclosed Rate: .00296
I would have taken the deal but they wouldn't budge on the reserve profit, I understand that as an additional 1.752% apr equivalent that goes back to the dealer for profit.
Across town, another dealer is using US Bank @ a disclosed rate of .0017 so I'm likely buying from them tomorrow. Did I do the right thing?

The residual from US Bank may be lower, balancing out the lower MF.
For CCAP, the max markup I see is .00042. I also see a markup of .00042 for tier 2 credit And, an adjustment of .00032 for tax exempt leases.
None of those adds up to .00073, however.
That said, US Bank may offer a better deal, overall, than CCAP, especially with that markup.

It's a straight markup. Since it is the Standard MF, they can probably mark it up as much as they can get away with.
