    Zip code is 93021, but shopping in SoCal generally.

    Also any January incentives (since it's 3 days to end of the year) if available.

    Im almost finishing my lease term, only 6 payments remaining. Lexus will pay my last 3, so if I want to change now my 2016 Lexus IS200t Sport ($43K) by 2019 Lexus IS300 Sport ($45.5K) I have to pay $1445, or put that amount over the new car price.

    The dealer gave me this numbers:
    $45500 Car price
    +$1445 Trade Pay Off (old Car)
    +$609 Taxable Fees
    +$899 Pre delivery Service fee
    +$259 Tax
    +$1472 Non Tax Fees
    -------------------
    -$4500 Dealer Incentives
    -$3500 Lexus Incentives
    -$500 Lexus Loyalty
    -$2800 Down payment

    Terms: 45 months paying $491.

    What is the MF, Residual Percentage?

    The deal is pending to close tomorrow, because the car must be delivered.

    Huge changes: Navigation in full screen (old one dont have it), ASC, Brand new, 8 miles (old 38000), details improvements, red seats, nice front grid, LDA, Parking, Line Departure Alert, and so on (My old 2016 is fully package without navigation, but less safety features, old design, etc)

    Why not wait 3 more months and avoid having to deal with the $1500 in payments?

    Why make $2800 in down payments? That doesn't change the cost of the lease, it just makes it seem like a lower payment.

    and i cant wait 3 months because im over miles (2200). My lease was for 36000 miles at the end, It has 38200 and still remaining 6 months.

    If you are over miles, why only do 12K/yr on the new lease?

    And, your current lease cost a lot more than $468/mo, once you factor in the $2800 negative equity.

    I don't get it @kyfdx

    My current lease was $3K down and $468/mo for 36 months with 12K miles per year, 36K at the end. Now I have 38200 miles and have 6 remaining payments. (2 years and 6 months now) Car Price was $43K

    The new one will be:
    $2800 down, $491/mo (which include $1445 of Trade PayOff changed from old one) The car price is $45.5K, with 12K miles per year and 45 months, but the first month is included on $2800 (First payment, tag transfer fees).

    Can someone explain to me what are those weird name charged at the price:
    +$609 Taxable Fees
    +$899 Pre-delivery Service fee
    +$259 Tax
    +$1472 Non Tax Fees

    I saw in the dealer website the lease terms:
    MSRP: $45,259
    Lease for $494/month for 36 months with $4,526 due at signing including $0 Security Deposit and 10,000 miles per year. Payment expires on 01/02/19.

    That's my concern If I should accept this deal or not?

    $609 taxable fees - You'll have to ask. If they are taxable, they are likely optional extras.
    $899 pre-delivery fee (Hi, we are the dealer, we'd like $900 for the privilege of selling you a car)
    $259 tax (sales tax on taxable fees and your negative equity. Yes, you have to pay sales tax on your negative equity)
    $1472 non-taxable fees. No idea, this looks extremely high for non-taxable fees.

    Again, why sign for a 12K/yr lease, if you are driving 15K/yr now?
