With that adjusted CAP, the payment is exactly right.
I don't know if a $4200 discount is good, but it seems reasonable. You can research prices, here: https://www.edmunds.com/tmv.html

Thank you! i figured i wouldnt be able to do better than that. I just saw the same car in another lexus in Long Island. Would the money factor stay the same at .00095 or do you need a new sip code for their location? i left it below just in case.
is300 AWD f-sport for 11570 36/12 and 36/10 please and RV and any incentives (unless its all the same?)

Hey everyone. New here; wanted to see if it's possible to provide the MF & RV for T1+ credit in AZ 85206/85213 (12+ perfect payment years with TFS/LFS & 800+ credit) on a 2019 IS 350 F-Sport AWD and/or RWD for zip code 85206. Looking for any additional incentives as well for a 3yr/36mo lease.
I happen to be a CostCo member as well and I do believe the last deal I had a $500-$1000 discount for that as well as $500 loyalty cash since I only buy and lease from TFS/LFS or cash!
1 more thing to consider, I have a 2015 IS 350 F-Sport in MINT CONDITION with ODO @ 37k from the original 3/36 which i extended 12/months and it's just hit the 37k on the odometer 49 months later that I need to either ground or buy/sell or sell to dealer and take some equity out of it & drop that in to the new deal!
Just your opinion would be helpful; if it's best to ground it or have the dealer buy me out since the current pay-off is $25k and it's in MINT condition as there's been no smoking, garaged, NGP paint, no accidents, and so on. It has everything in it except the ML system they offered in 2015 F-Sport models. I can always buy it cash then resell it privately. That's always an option!
Looking forward to being a part of this community & helping out where I can as I have a pretty decent relationship with some of the local dealers out here in AZ!

-thank you so much for the info! greatly appreciated, including the link on the real-world options for the resale value of the vehicle! much appreciated!
PS: I assume that's the same for the entire 12-state SW region, correct?
Also, does it make a difference if it's a Mark Levinson stereo system, AWD/RWD, or the triple beam headlights on the vehicle or do these things not adjust the MF or RV?

Alright guys, just checking around to see if this is a decent deal here for AZ zip 85206 leasing w/T1+ credit which in turn lands me with a MF of 0.00075 & RV of 50% & $4500 lease cash here's the breakdown after 2 weeks of wheelin' & dealin in my spare time:
MSRP/Sticker Price ($49,118.00) 2019 IS-350 F-SPORT RWD (all accessories except ML audio & triple-beam headlamps including delivery & processing in the price above)
BREAKDOWN: Customer's Savings - $5118 Vehicle Selling price +$44,000 (after subtracting the - $4,500 (regional lease cash incentive for IS models March 2019) Dealer Added ACC = $0.00 (was marked down from $399 to $0 for ZAKTEK) Cash price line item = $39,500 Estimated Sales Tax + $3652 (again AZ zip is 85206 @ 8.30% as of March 2019) Total Fees Overall** + $1268.67 **AADA Fee $11.50, Admin Fee $499, Air Quality $1.50, Lieu Tax $704.42, Total Fees Continued** **Postage $3.00, Registration $40.25, Tire Fee $5.00, Title Fee $4.00** Total Cash Price, EST = $48,920.67 (appears that maybe that admin fee of $499 could be shaved since it's possible it already exists in the MSRP due to the sticker saying "$49,118.00" after delivery, processing & handling fees of $1025, is this possible or am I crazy here?)
Now here are the final lease options as they've been presented & you guys let me know if you think there's any more wiggle room or how good of a deal you think i'm getting considering everything here & follow up as soon as you get a chance as I have about 2-hours until I need to be there after writing this all up for you guys to look-over!)
3yr/36k miles | down payment/monthly payment options:
LOWEST END: $2000 down @ $531.01/mo Various prices in $500 down increments to decrease the monthly payment HIGHEST END: $4500 down @ $457.60/mo
or
3yr/30k miles | down payment/monthly payment options:
LOWEST END: $2000 down @ $516.21/mo Various prices in $500 down increments to decrease the monthly payment HIGHEST END: $4500 down & $442.80/mo
Thanks in advance for your guy's assistance with this! Let me know what you think so I can atleast come to the conclusion that i'm doing well on negotiating this lease deal or if I should drop it and go with another dealer since these guys have helped me in the past & i'd like to stay loyal, but i'm not gonna get bent over either. Of the 2-dealers & 2 brokers I hit up, they are coming in with the lowest offer as of now + that existing relationship with them is pretty priceless since I trust them as much as you can trust a salesman! I'm a bit emotionally invested in this right now which is why I look you, my expert car dealin friends, to let me know if what you're seeing is ACTUALLY "the deal of a lifetime" like they're telling me? ...and that "they're losing money hand over fist!" ...I know you've all heard it before! However, I know the deals will change in a few weeks so, there's always the waiting another week or 2 gamble but i'm not sure if that's the best idea although I do have another vehicle I can use until then. Lemme know what the experts thing & just any feedback would be helpful!
PS: Sorry for such short notice, I really need to just get out of this existing lease is the most important part to not incur further expenses/extensions or payments on the old 2015 IS-250 F-Sport (all same options except the ones they didn't have 4-years ago like lane departure and adaptive cruise control which was great for a 2015 model & my needs!
Thanks again everyone & I hope you're all having an amazing week & of course i'll revisit this evening and let everyone know what I ended up going with if I pull the trigger based on your responses here today!
**sorry about the double post, i wans't sure which area this should be posted in so i posted it in 2 different IS area's**

AZ taxes the monthly payment on a lease, so you can ignore that number in the deal sheet.
How many payments are left on your existing lease, and what's happening to them? I don't see anything mentioned in your post.
Last, we aren't big fans of large cash outlays at the beginning of a lease - just the first payment and registration costs. Anything beyond that is at risk if the car is stolen or totaled before the lease end.

Thanks for the info. I ended up coming to that same realization myself and decided to go with the lower down just to cover the costs of the first payment, a few fees and so on. As with the existing lease, it's just going to be grounded at the originating dealership and no equity is going to be pulled from it because they're all telling me there's none to be had... So, that's what I think i'm going to do as of now. This has been 3-weeks in the making and although I left the old one at the dealership last night, and left with the new one, i'm wondering if you were alluding to some sort of buy-out option there that I could have gotten ahold of other than just grounidng and due to the loyalty deal, not paying the disposition fee for grounding! Let me know what you think. It's technically not finicalized yet as I have to go back YET AGAIN tomorrow for the 14th time in 3-weeks and finlize all the paperowrk in the working so if there's something you know that I don't, please speak up ASAP!
Thanks again SO very much! Every single dollar counts!

Regards,
Do you know the payoff and trade value of your current lease? Without that information, you're placing your trust in the dealer to "do the right thing".
Rarely do leases have equity in them - but, with on-line services such as Carvana and Vroom, along with CarMax, you have ways to get actual buy bids on your car.
Knowledge is power - the more you know, the better position you are to negotiate.

Thanks so much,

-thank you so much for the info! greatly appreciated, including the link on the real-world options for the resale value of the vehicle! much appreciated!
PS: I assume that's the same for the entire 12-state SW region, correct?
Also, does it make a difference if it's a Mark Levinson stereo system, AWD/RWD, or the triple beam headlights on the vehicle or do these things not adjust the MF or RV?
Thanks again!
