    I'm in 32835 zip code. Looking for money factor and residual for 2019 cx-5 signature 36/15K. The first dealer I spoke with hit me with .00139 on the MF but a ridiculous 45% on residual. Can you enlighten me with what it should be?

    I've been hitting up a few dealers and here's the best I've got; please let me know if you think there is still room to improve on this deal and where I should push.

    2019 Touring FWD (base), 10k for 36 months, in 90025. I'm also a current Mazda lessee so I get the $750 loyalty.

    Net Cap cost $24,785.17
    Confirmed Residual at 63% and MF at 0.00139

    Still negotiating 2019 AWD CX-5 GTR in red, at 97007... have Costco discount, seeking best lease deal for 36 mo, 10k mi/yr; being told mf is 0.00139 and residual is 60%; I'm offering $1000 at acquisition, but somehow lease price being offered /mo is now $13 higher than amount in February... being told $400 in customer cash "went away".... suggestions? The only add ons I have are the all weather floor mats, cargo tray, and retractable cargo cover. Are these numbers truthful? Do I have any flexibility here? Options? Suggestions?

    I was offered $340/M with $2015 down for taxes, bank fee and DMV fee for a 2019 Touring with the preferred package. I haven't taken the deal yet and no other numbers have been shared with me.
    The dealer says this is $300 less than invoice price.

    Is this fair? Is there a catch behind this?

    What is the MSRP?
    What is the selling price or adjusted cap cost?
    What is the specific breakdown of the $2015?
    What ZIP code?

    Dealers say a lot of things to get you to sign the contract. The more information you have, the better decisions you can make.
