If that is the adjusted CAP with the first payment rolled in, then I get $379/mo, with ZERO due at signing.

So, they are either mixing the numbers between the two options, or they are marking up the money factor.

Also said that I was getting rebates worth $2,090..? Didn't mention this, but I am turning in a 2016 CX-5 GT AWD with a month left on its lease. Last payment of $307 due in a few days. Buyout price (before taxes) as of today is $16,682.26, never gave me an exact number for trade-in value, but KBB is between 17-18k. Waive disposition fee, yada yada. None of this is really relevant if the adj CAP is what it is though, right?

PS I asked to speak someone in finance department to go over the numbers with me, and was told they don't do that. I'm frustrated! So...move on? The thing is, I'm not unhappy with the $329/mo quote! It's just I hate paying an extra ~$25/month for no reason.

When you ask dealers reasonable questions, and their response is no, or we won't do that... .then, it's time to find another dealer.

Or, say you'll do the deal, take your calculator into the F&I office with you, and stay there until you get the answers you want. Most of it all becomes clear, once you see the computer screenshot or the lease contract. Then, once you find the inaccurate numbers, call it out.
