    When I add all of the item listed above, then subtract the incentive, the result is an adjusted CAP cost of $29428.
    With that adjusted CAP, the payment should be about $362/mo.

    $900 in dealer fees is egregious. Most dealer fees we see in NJ are $300-$500. (which is already high)
    On top of that, the payment they've quoted would assume another $1300 in CAP cost, that isn't reflected in your numbers.

    Even a maximum markup in the money factor couldn't account for the discrepancies.

    Oh - I misinterpreted the residual value.

    Still, looks like a good deal, given that the CX-5 has just a mediocre lease program.
