Hello guys, contemplating leasing an X7 40i. The dealers in my area seem to think that they're selling gold. I was hoping that someone could let me know what the June residual (36/12K) & mf are for zip 33967?

Also curious as to how big of a % behind m.s.r.p have other members been able to negotiate and what would be considered a good enough deal to pull the trigger?

I previously got leasing info from you on a 2019 Audi Q7, but I wanted a factory-order vehicle and it looks like the order window for the 2019 models has pretty much closed to make way for the incoming 2020 Audi Q7.

I'm now looking into the 2019 BMW X7 xDrive40i.

For the month of June, in zip 11590, can I please have:

Question: Is the RV% for a 36 month/10k term 1% more—59%?

Question 2: Do you happen to know if there are any conquest incentives for going to BMW after owning another luxury vehicle? And/or, if there are any loyalty incentives for former BMW owners?

I don’t know specifics, but I don’t think that’s a great deal (it could be a terrible deal given the down payment) - I have a 94k car on order with selling price at 9% off and monthly is around $1100 after Taxes of 7%. My total cost of lease is around 40K so you can imagine how 14k trade in would reduce the monthly payment drastically and my equivalent payment would go down from 1100 down to around 800 a month.

@ihdihd our taxes are 10% and they only negotiated $1000 off MSRP. I also was thinking this seemed a little high with the down payment but since I am new to leasing I was not positive.

With just a $1000 discount, and $14K upfront, $1100/mo looks pretty close.

I'd want at least $5K-$6K discount on a $94K vehicle.

On another note, bimmerpost is claiming to have lease rates for the MY2020, and they are identical to the 2019. Does it make sense that the 2020 has the same residual as the 2019?

What cap cost are you using for your calculations? What is the dealer using? I suspect the difference in those numbers will explain the difference in payment.
