No lease cash in Tennessee.

My .02 - trying to find a car in a location where the lease cash exists may be more than offset by the shipping costs to get the car to you.

And, if you're shopping for a six figure SUV, does the lease cash really matter?

Thanks Michael! Im just trying to get a solid deal(while being very polite!)and have figured in shipping costs. NE dealers dont have much 19 inventory (and discounts are worse post-covid... understandably so), so I've been searching all over. I have narrowed it down to one car where I'm able to achieve a discount of 16 percent discount pre-incentive with base MF so will go with that despite it not being an ideal spec. Thanks!

just wanted to verify before i sign. I found a different spec car in the color we wanted: 2019 x7 40i

msrp: 81995
negotiated: 70105.72
MF: .00118
RV: 54% for 15k/36
Tax: 8.125
cap cost: 70105.72 + tax 2792.56 + acquisition 925 = 73823.28
adjusted cap cost 72073.28 (cap reduction: 1750 (loyalty 1250 + 500))

dep (772.11) + rent charge (137.29) = 909.40
Due at signing: first (909.40) + doc fee/tire tax/tags (95...in NY so not a lot) = 1004.50 - 909.40 = $95

total 909.40 with $95 due at signing.

numbers seem to line up more or less?. Just wanted to confirm with you before i ink, thanks!

I can't believe it but there are some 2019 models still floating around. I have 2 favorites.

1) 2019 50i dealer demo with 1,500 miles, zip code 35816

2) 2019 40i, zip code 28504

36 moth/12k mile lease. What would be the MF and RV. Any incentives still floating out there? And is the residual value based on the original MSRP from 2019?
