2019 BMW X7 Lease Deals and Prices

I used $1,250 for the loyalty rebate as cap cost reduction and the dealer said they are doing the same. But I think you hit on it. Don't know how it flows through BMW software. My lease calculator reduced the cost of the purchase price. I know BMW did not reduce my out of pocket cost at closing for this. I need to give them the MSD (8,050) plus Fees ($1,571) plus 1st Month payment ($1,140), for a total of $10,761.

What did you use for your sales tax rate?

PA lease sales tax is an extra 3% over your local rate.

Yes, as far as we know.

Dealers are not required to offer MSDs, though.

The extra 3% I referred to is not a local tax. It is a lease tax imposed by the state.

Do you have a 3% local sales tax?

ATX512, I ordered a 2020 as well on July 30. It's in queue for production. You can check the status of your build if you setup a MY BMW account and assign the car to your account. All you need is the production number of your X7 to assign the car to your account. Once you assign the car to the account you can track each step of the process of the build until it reaches the dealer.
