Just an update. Still no specifics from dealer. But $82,435 msrp black label aviator

10,500 miles per year
Now 36 months x $1050 with 1st month and registration up front. Wheel and tire insurance also included


They went down $50 per month in a week or so

Going to hold out a month. Should be able to get it into the 900’s hopefully

Im also rolling any bank fee/dealer fee into payment even though they didn’t mention what they were. Im going to assume at lease $500 combined for those two fees

Either you are paying them up front, or you are rolling them into the payment. If you are rolling them, and the fees, into the payment, you need to know what the adjusted cap cost is - pretty sure it will be higher than $75K.

In, NY, the taxes are due to the state at the beginning of the lease. You can either pay that tax amount up front, or have the amount added to the cap cost and make them part of the payment.

If your dealer is being obstinate about sharing the numbers, perhaps it's time to work with a different dealer. This is the 21st century, after all, not 1985.

The lease calculation doesn't work quite the way you are describing it.

$75K selling price
+$3100 tax
+acquisition fee (around $800?.. not sure for Lincoln)
=$78900 adjusted CAP.

That gets me to $1064/mo...
Since I estimated tax and acq.fee, $14/mo. off is pretty close.

I went ahead and ordered. Managed to squeeze them down another $15 per month. About 6 weeks for delivery. Was an ordered vehicle

Any way to find out what D-Plan price is on a Black Label Aviator w/Dynamic Suspension pkg, MSRP $81790? I got a lease payment including all taxes (in MA we have sales and personal property taxes rolled in) of $1278 with just upfronts...1st payment, doc fee, and plates $1872 upfront. My brother can get me D plan pricing but i want to know beforehand if possible. Supposed to be A-plan plus $100.

That isn't a very good lease program, so I'm not surprised the payment is so high.

I could be wrong, but I think it's only Ford Credit that collects the property tax on the monthly payment. Haven't heard that from any other make (in MA). I think with everyone else, they bill you annually for it.
