Is it still possible to pay 91 to 94% of MSRP as part of the lease deal when you order the car at a BMW dealer? I am looking to order a new M340i with a special wheel package, so it is impossible to find. I haven't ordered a car in over decade.

Generally, you can usually make a better deal on a car that is sitting on the lot.

But, you should still be able to get 7% off MSRP on an order.

MSRP - $65,925
Purchase Price - $58,010
Rebate total - $3,000( loyalty and incentive I believe)
Total discount with rebates - $7,915, which totals the $58,010
Down payment - $0
Money factor he says is .00148
Total due at signing is $1,186.88(Government fees, doc prep and $925 acq. fee)

Monthly payment with taxes is $748.00
I am in PA, so the lease tax is 9%

Looks like a good deal to me, except for the MF being .00148 instead of .00128. What do you think?

If the total Due at Signing is $1186, how does that include the $925 acq.fee? The payment alone is $748.
Is it $1186 + $748 due at signing?

The discount is reasonable, but not with a money factor markup.

The residual value is $39,555, which seems correct at 60%. The lease is for 36/12k miles. I saw the MF markup.

I agree with your calculations

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost (don't assume it from other numbers)
Make sure you know where the acquisition fee is being paid (upfront or in the CAP?)
Ask again for the money factor
Make sure you know the local sales tax rate.

It's just math, and it seems you know how to do it.

Hi, getting conflicting answers from area dealers and just wanted to confirm. RV for a M340i (rwd), 36/10 lease term, zip is 02184, is it 60% or 61%. I was told 60% for awd and 61% for rwd, then another dealer said 60% for both.

2) No guesses
3) It's likely your numbers are for a purchase, not a lease. The tax number given is for purchase, and (as noted) the acquisition fee if not shown. Ask for the the lease numbers.
5) "My policy is I don't sign leases with MF markups. Your policy means I'll shop elsewhere"

At one point, the residual for the 2020 330i was 59%, but pretty sure that was prior to October.

We show the $2000 loyalty, but not the lease credit. That is a bonus.
