Yes it's $5000 off the MSRP (a little over 10%), then the $2000 lease incentive on top of that. They said the $750 lease credit doesn't stack unfortunately.

And yes the dealer is in PA in the Philadelphia area. Good point about the itemization for the $2126. Last time I leased in PA the initiation costs were closer to ~1500, similar monthly payment but that was a different brand. I'll ask for the specifics

That is the problem with the corporate/fleet program. It often includes incentives you would get anyway.

10% off MSRP is not enough for a loaner.
