I can pick it up this week with Nov lease terms (33m/10k miles — .00122 & 60%) or arrange to pick it up following week with new December lease terms

You think December will have better MF/resid or any incentives? Too big of a gamble to take?

We won't know by looking at the lease programs.

A higher MSRP vehicle is likely to have higher payments, even if it has a better lease program. If you want the lowest payment stick to the two cheapest trim levels.

its hard to follow the numbers in a way you have provided

MF you provided is marked up, base should be .00119. Dealer will make you believe they are giving you base but you should take advantage of info on this site and demand base, or be ready to walk away. LH dealers are known to mark up MF

today is last day of November MF/res hence unless you sign papers today, tomorrow's numbers will be changed with new Decembers, which might be better or worse

Okay, well I was told the money factor changes for different models.
This is for a 39/10 lease
Not sure how true this is.
They said If I don’t put 2500 down my payment would go up to $60 or so.
