2020 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Lease Deals and Prices
Can you please provide residual and MF for 2020 Range Rover Sport V8 (HSE) for zip code 11364.
Will be looking at either 33 or 36 months, 10k miles a year.
On a side note... never negotiated a RR before, how tough are they to get % discount off the MSRP compared to that of a BMW. From what I hear, they sell at sticker anyways so they do not budge at all. Can anyone confirm?

The stories we've heard would support that position. Dealers allergic to discounting and big markups to the MF. If your heart isn't set on a RR, I'd suggest you shop a different brand.
Hi! Looking for the latest MF and residuals on 2020 Range Rover Sport HSE (MHEV) and Range Rover Sport HST for 33/10K and 94109. Also, any incentives? Thanks!

They agreed to the MF and Residual you provided, but won't seem to budge any more on the cap cost. How's this deal?

Well, there is some discount, which is rare enough for a LR dealer.
We don't track pricing, so no idea how low you can go.
Work with a second dealer, and see if the back-and-forth can result in a lower price.

Thanks- Do you have the MF and residual for the model above- 2020 RR Sport HST for a 33/7500 lease? Just wanted to have all the information at my disposal. Also, I live about 140 miles from the dealership- what's a reasonable cost or way to get the car into my local market?

140 miles? Have a friend drive you to the dealership.
OK guys so just got back from dealership. Spent an hour there dealing with them. This is the situation. They have the EXACT model I want on the lot. 2020 HST RRS Fuji White.
36/10k MSRP 87,914 Selling 86,914 Residual 57% Trade in - 15k (2k over KBB) They started at 980 a month, I talked rep down to $820 with just 2k down (first month and taxes/fees) after about 5 back and forth. I said no thanks and walked out. Now when I put this into leasehacker calculator, thats a money factor of like .00099. Thats lower even than the base that Michael you posted. I think im gonna do it. Seems very reasonable. Thoughts?

I show .00117 and 57%
$820/mo with $15K equity going into the deal? Why do that? You'd lose that money if the car is stolen or totaled, and it doesn't change the overall cost of the lease.
What cap cost are you putting into the calculator? Are you accounting for dealer and acquisition fees?
Yes theres some risk. BUT, they are paying more for my car than carfax, and saving me the trouble of trying to sell it privately. Its just so much easier to hand them the keys. Those factors are worth it to me, and im willing to gamble with the odds of it being stolen or totaled being so low. Cap cost is just the 15k for trade in. Yes im accounting for dealer and acquisition fees. From what I can tell from months of reading about lease deals this is excellent for a Range Rover sport. Almost as good as you can get. Yes its not as good as a chevy bolt or something but it never will be.

You can trade your car in, and still not put the equity towards the lease payment. The dealership will cut you a check. With just $5000 upfront, your payment will go up about $300/mo.
Also, your average monthly cost will go down with a 39 month lease.
Good point. I messaged the sales rep and confirmed that I want to take this deal. I will discuss the trade in on monday when I go in in person. Thanks guys!

Then he sent this lease quote showing 60% residual and no reference to a money factor but what appears to be higher than a .00115 MF (but I'm no expert so it could be accurate).... He also offered a $500 discount off of MSRP when their website advertises a $1k discount and the sales manager offered an add'l discount because their computers went down last night and she has to go back to complete the deal...
Any info/analysis is appreciated. She's usually the one to walk into the dealer and just take whatever they tell her is the payment. Trying to see if she can get as good a deal as possible on this absurd vehicle...
Target payment is $1200/mo and I told her I thought a $12XX should be doable but I have Toyota's and Audi's which are a much friendlier buying experience.

The money factors given are correct The residuals are for 15K/yr. (like the 39 month numbers I provided) Add 2% to all of those residuals for 12K/yr
Money factor in this example is marked up to .00145. That adds about $48/mo. to the payment
They only gave you a $500 discount, but have added some item for $395.
This is the 33 month term. All else being equal, the 39 month payment would be $64/mo less.
So, base MF and 39 month term would knock approx. $112 mo off the payment, with no change in any of the other numbers.
Of course, paying full MSRP is ridiculous, in any case, but typical for a Land Rover dealer. Usually, their money factor markups are a lot higher, as well.
Thanks Micheall-You’re doing great work for everyone here, much appreciated! I’m a first time leaser and have been learning a lot from this site. So here’s the deal I’m looking at. I was at the dealer for about 2hrs and after 4 offers this was what they’re calling their final. Looks like they’re bumping the MF up which I’ll see if I can knock it down. How’s the rest of it look? They’re also offering a nice value on my trade in, about $1,500 over KBB.

Yes, MF is marked up. And, probably little or no discount from sticker.
$12k to start a lease? No way!
Find another dealer, or, better yet, find another brand.

$980.40 Base Payment
$83.35 Tax (8.5%)
$1,063.74 Monthly Payment with Tax
$7,000.00 Total Drive Off ($6,000 due at signing (personal preference) with $1,000 loyalty rebate)
(Begrudgingly returned a 2016 RR Full Size HSE lease after 39 months, with the disposition fee waived due to staying with the brand. Begrudgingly because the lease return was originally a 33/10K, $95,695 MSRP HSE that I had leased for $1,5xx.00 drive off and a $758.60 a month payment- yes, $758.60 including tax!)
Thanks for the report.

Dealer quoted:
36/12 - 54%, - .00117
33/12 - 58% - .00115
The residuals are for 15K/yr. (like the 39 month numbers I provided)
Add 2% to all of those residuals for 12K/yr
Money factor in this example is marked up to .00145.
That adds about $48/mo. to the payment
They only gave you a $500 discount, but have added some item for $395.
This is the 33 month term. All else being equal, the 39 month payment would be $64/mo less.
So, base MF and 39 month term would knock approx. $112 mo off the payment, with no change in any of the other numbers.
Of course, paying full MSRP is ridiculous, in any case, but typical for a Land Rover dealer. Usually, their money factor markups are a lot higher, as well.
