Three months is a long time

We ordered in Jan and it just came in last week. Incentives are way less and the sales price is 4K more now due to program changes unfortunately....might have to get our down payment back and walk away.

Dealer in zip 29210 is saying that the residual and MF for a 2020 Range Rover Sport HSE 6-cylinder lease, 36 month 10K per year, are 56% and 0.00189, respectively. Can you confirm? That MF seems very high (4.5%) given the current rate environment. Thanks!
