Looking for a lease price on a MDX base with All Wheel Drive in 90250 (Southern California). Sticker MSRP says 46,500.00. I am looking to have a monthly payment around $400 (or as close to that as possible) with as little down as possible. Anyone else getting close or better than that on a MDX Base AWD?

Yes sorry I am newbie to this forum and leasing in general. I was looking for 12k mileage allowance. I know 10k milage is standard but it would be nice piece of mind to have they extra milage. I was looking for a standard 36 month lease. Thanks for the help!

For Zip 75070 and 36/12 I'm looking at either the FWD w/Tech or the AWD A-Spec. Can I get the numbers for that please?

Also, I didn't know this was a thing, but apparently there is a different non-subvened incentive structure with a higher MF, but larger incentive (do they do this on all Acuras)? Can I get both those numbers so I can run the calculations?

Also, on the dealer sites I'm seeing some verbiage on "Targeted" Conquest offers and Leases. Coming from a 2017 Lexus RX350.

The effective dealer discount is just $2300.

I didn't end up leasing an MDX but just some feedback if it helps others, on a tech package FWD 36/12 (~50k MSRP) lease I had a couple dealers offering $490/month with only first month payment due at signing. And I feel like they still had a little wiggle room as they were asking what it would take to come in and sign the paperwork.
