    Is this a good deal?

    I'd roll the tax, the acq fee and the doc fee into the payment. Higher payment, but less out of pocket, and at risk of loss if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.

    If the tax and fees are only $1800, and the first payment is less than $400, then is the other $1800 of that $4000 simply used as cap reduction?

    Only pay the first payment and DMV costs at signing.

    Hi When I use the calculators on the internet to double check the numbersgiven by the dealer, I get a monthly payment of about $289. Is there a place or someone knows how to check these figures to see if they are correct for a monthly payment of $389 and $4,000 down.

    Couple other questions- I see in some posts, that people are getting more than 12k off the list price of the MDX AWD A Spec, this is more than the incentives I see posted. Is the extra $$ off the list price due to negotiations with the dealer? Do I just go in with a certain percentage off the list price of $56,025?

    I am a current MDX lease holder- my lease is due Oct 15th. Also, should I go with the higher MF rate and higher incentive, or the lower MF and lower incentive- I don't plan on buying out the lease at the end.

    Shouldn't be any penalties to buy out the lease, but it may take 60-90 days for all the paperwork to be in place, before you can do that.

    The payoff will be the CAP cost, minus the amount of depreciation you've paid with the payments.

    Looking for the MFs, Residuals, and Incentives on a 12k/36mo for the 2020 MDX Base AWD in NYS. Didn't have incentives 3 years ago...so, question... do I treat the incentive (along with the $1500 loyalty) as the new MSRP, negotiation-wise? Of course, not lease numbers-wise - MSRP is MSRP, etc.
