Can I get MF, residual, incentives, and loyalty for a 2020 Acura MDX with tech AWD for 11787?

I am planning to roll over 11,000 unused miles into the new lease so I will only need 7500 miles/year. However, I am not sure if the residuals and MF go off of a 12k/36 or a 7.5k/36 lease. Thanks!

Is the selling price inclusive of the incentive? If so, I think you can improve on it. Read back through the last page or two to see what others have been able to negotiate.

I come up with $512 mth with Edmunds lease spreadsheet, but dealer has $517. Not sure what I am doing wrong or if I am missing a piece of information

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost. If their payment is $517/mo, then it will be different than the selling price, and you can ask them why.

I don't see the $595 acquisition fee in your numbers.

The $4450 is an Acura to dealer incentive and part of the discount. You won't see that listed anywhere.

I believe the lease incentive blocks the $1,500 Acura to Dealer incentive that dealers would otherwise receive when the customer pays cash or brings their other financing. I assume Portland and Spokane factored that in to their upfront dealer discount and that is part of the reason they balked. Spokane told me they would lose $1k if they gave me the $4,226 dealer discount combined with the $10,100 I was asking for. If that is accurate then it gives some idea of the margins they are working with.

I'm going to buy this lease out ASAP. The MF is too damn high!
