It looks like we are getting the Base SH-AWD MDX for $42,055.63 out the door after MV Fees, sales tax and the loyalty incentive. The actual sales price is $39,549.16. This is after the $5K incentive, so I will have to go with their financing. I plan on refinancing it as soon as I am allowed.

I leased MDX 2020 SH AWD Tech package/7500 miles/36 months/$1K downpayment. As I hold Honda, I got $750 credit as Manufacturer Contribution
a) Gross Capitialized Cost = $41,900.98 (agreed upon value of the vehicle) and with taxes, fees, service contracts, etc. = $43,712.39 b) Capitalized Cost Reduction = -$980 (brought from my $1K downpayment) c) Adjusted Capitalized Cost = $42,732.39 d) Residual Value = -30,326.00 (out of $52,395 i.e. 57.88%) e)Depreiciation and any amortized amounts = $12406.39 f) Rent Charge = $5917.61 G) Total of Base payments = 18,324 (i.e. $509 * 36 months) H) Lease Payments = 36 months I) Base Monthly Payment = $509.00 (due for next 35 months because 1st month already accounted) J) Monthly Sales Tax = N/A K and L - Others = N/A M. Hi, Please let me know MSRP/RV/MF/Incentives for Acura MDX with tech for zip 11576 and 36/7.5K. Thanks.
.00215 and 57% $6800 incentives
My dealer used MF 0.00225 and 57%. Are these negotiable? I was not offered any incentives because no one in my household owns a 2010+ Acura, Audi, BMW, etc.
I was offered the following, can you let me know if it is a good offer? - Acura MDX with Technology Package - MSRP $52,395. - Cap Cost: $43,045 - 7500K for 36 months - He said 0 down but I have to make my first payment ~$2500 which consists of first month payment, fees & insurance, upfront taxes, etc. - Monthly payment: $530.
Please let me know if you need anything else to evaluate the offer for me.

.00225 is correct for either a returning Acura customer or if you make one security deposit in the amount of the monthly payment - this is something we recommend you do.
If we back out the incentive from the cap cost, you are getting $2550 off the MSRP - I think you can do better than that
Also, ask the dealer to provide a detailed breakdown of the up front cash - that's a good place for a dealer to slip in a junk fee or two.

Is the MF fixed or depends on credit score?
What was the incentive you backed out from the cap cost? How did you get the number? I wasn't offered any incentives. How much do you think off the MSRP would be reasonable?
Detail breakdown of upfront cash: 1st month of payment: $539.16 Fees & Insurance: $145 Upfront taxes: $1,741.78 Acquisition fees: $595

The incentive is a factory to dealer, so you won't see it - it's just part of the discount from sticker.

Thanks so much again for your patience. If I have "Excellent" credit score, I can negotiate on the MF, correct? Using the link you provided, I got TMV of $45,951 for zip code 11576, versus quoted cap cost $43,045. Looks like my cap cost is already lower than the TMV. What am I missing? Are you suggesting I should use TMV $45,951 - Incentives $6,800 and aim for cap cost of $39,151? This is my first time leasing, so I thank you for your patience.

The MF we quote is for top tier credit - it cannot be any lower than that, unless you choose to do a "one pay" lease, where you make all the payments up front. That will reduce the MF by .00080
The TMV price uses the purchase incentives, not the lease incentives. Your cap cost is lower than TMV because the lease incentives have already been applied. As the lease incentive is $5300 more than the purchase incentive, your target should be TMV less $5300.
And, note that TMV is simply an average for your area - if you can negotiate a lower price, that is to your advantage.
I had a dealer quote me for an A Spec at $46700 but I would have to finance through them. I have pretty good credit and was told that the rate would be about 3.8% for 60 months. Is that too good of a deal to be true?
And can it be verified if the $1000 conquest incentive can be applied?

Looking for MF, Res and incentives info for 2019/2020 AWD MDX, 10k/36 months, with and without tech package. I have Honda/Subaru so hoping to stack conquest or loyalty cash on top. I am in DC/NJ area (can use 20170/20852/08830 zip codes).

The dealer gets a $6500 incentive, if you take the standard rate financing. That makes the effective price $53,200, once you account for it, or about $2700 off.
That's less than 5%, so maybe not as amazing as it sounds.

For getting the $6500 incentive, do I need to fiance through Acura? Can I use third party credit union?

I was also told that you can't get the $5000 dealer incentive if you pay cash.
The only way to get it is with 4.95% financing.
I live in NJ. Is this true? It really makes no sense to me.

To get to $509/mo, the adjusted CAP would have to be $43,250.
With tax and acquisition fee included, seems like your selling price should be lower than your information.
Maybe that number is the Gross CAP?
Seems like a really good deal. Columbia?

If we back out the incentive from the cap cost, you are getting $2550 off the MSRP - I think you can do better than that
Also, ask the dealer to provide a detailed breakdown of the up front cash - that's a good place for a dealer to slip in a junk fee or two.

Is the MF fixed or depends on credit score?
What was the incentive you backed out from the cap cost? How did you get the number? I wasn't offered any incentives. How much do you think off the MSRP would be reasonable?
Detail breakdown of upfront cash:
1st month of payment: $539.16
Fees & Insurance: $145
Upfront taxes: $1,741.78
Acquisition fees: $595
Thank you again for your patience.

The incentive is a factory to dealer, so you won't see it - it's just part of the discount from sticker.
MF is dependent on credit score.

I had a dealer quote me for an A Spec at $46700 but I would have to finance through them. I have pretty good credit and was told that the rate would be about 3.8% for 60 months. Is that too good of a deal to be true?
And can it be verified if the $1000 conquest incentive can be applied?
Thanks in advance!!
If you qualify for the conquest, it is $1000
But, the dealer may have already included that in their quote

That makes the effective price $53,200, once you account for it, or about $2700 off.
That's less than 5%, so maybe not as amazing as it sounds.
