But, the dealer may have already included that in their quote

Just an update, for 2020 MDX AWD base (MSRP $ 48,790), I am getting quoted $36,976 (to buy) and $ 36,176 (to lease), including $995 destination in MD. I started with USAA Car buying service quotes then qualify for another $2000 in conquest/loyalty rebate.

Too bad MD charges tax on whole price of car, making leases less attractive. Might buy with 0.9% financing.

The quote I got last week for the one with Tech Package was $38135 in MD. It resulted in $515 36/12k lease. I let others compete. Now the lowest is $505. All with no money down, just the first month payment. Hope this helps...

Putting zero down the timing doesn't bother me as much but am disappointed that the 2020 model year is the same body type as before. Figured if I can get a lower rate it would be worth making the change. From looking at this thread, the amount I have quoted isn't a good deal, it is decent, but not good or great.

You'll want the cap cost to be much lower, given the available incentives for leasing.

The purchase incentive is only $1500, and is part of the TMV price, so your target is $5300 lower than that.

Yep. Incentive + rebate. I believe $1000 for loyalty (own a Honda) and $1000 for conquest (own a Audi).. Funny thing is they just asked if I own the cars, not even checked.
