to the cap cost they are adding doc fees, acquisition fees (895), dmv fees

Residual (51%) = 29,947 (I signed up for audicare)

drive off = 681.66 = this equals tax and half the cost for audi care (dealer picking up half)

monthly = 569 + tax = 617.88

does this seem reasonable / logical ?

Yes, that is a good deal.

The $6712 is not a federal tax rebate, it is an incentive from the bank in lieu of the federal tax credit, which you don't get.
