    I applied exact same deal ($1500 out of pocket) on their website, and it gave me $948/month. He sent me confirmed quote showing $1500 OOP, $740/month.
    Do you have a copy of that quote for $740/mo?

    Using the MSRP and selling prices provided, along with the .00079 MF and 49% residual, I calculate $614/mo, plus tax.

    So, either the MF is marked up, or the cap cost is higher than the selling price, or both.

    Talk to the dealer and try to figure out the issue.

    Is it $1750 of rebates, and $2500 Due at Signing?

    If so, I get the same payment.

    $700 is a big doc fee. If I subtract that from the discount, the dealer discount is 7.3%, before rebates, which is reasonable for an Audi.

    Audi residuals are pretty low, so this might be the best you can do.

    Doesn't matter much. Less down will raise the payment a like amount. I certainly wouldn't put more down.
