Does the DAS include or exclude the first payment?

With the MSRP and selling prices given, I get $584/mo, plus tax

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is for each of their quotes. From that, we should be able to determine if the MF is marked up.

So seems like we are building the difference of $625 + interest getting built into the payment.

You are right, if there was really $11,800 discount, (guessing rebates are in this, so removing $7712, there is supposed to be $4077 discount somewhere.) Based on my calculation there is only $1852 off MRSP, so we are missing $4077-1852 = $2223 somewhere.

If MF is same as Premium at 0.00079, my home made calculator gives me this (by me trying to reverse it)
It looks like we get barely 3% off MSRP with 2223 missing somewhere.

Thanks, I dealt with them before, what they are doing is just looking at the MSRP, Out of Pocket and Monthly Payment, I can compare that with other dealers, and others are giving me in the $800's with over $2000 OOP for similar vehicle.

When all that matters is OOP and per month cost, is the rest really important? $62k vehicle with only $1500 at signing, and it's $760/month. This is much more expensive than my last deal of $70k vehicle with $1500 down at $808/mo but that was before the covid restrictions on cars.

At least does my reverse make some sense that he is giving us only about 3% off MSRP + the Hybrid lease credit? (although his number is $1000 more than yours, maybe there is another $1k loyalty?)

We wouldn't be asking for this information if it wasn't important.

If you got a quote of, say, $750 with $2000 OOP, but they are marking up the MF, and you could really get $720 with $2000 OOP, I'd say that's a big difference.

Not knowing all the numbers makes it hard for us to help you.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. What we are looking at above is what they are promoting on the dealer's website.
When I called my SA (who got me my last lease) he gave me the same car for monthly payment of $760.
I applied exact same deal ($1500 out of pocket) on their website, and it gave me $948/month. He sent me confirmed quote showing $1500 OOP, $740/month.
