You pay sales tax on the sum of the payments, the incentives and the taxable fees. Looks about right.

You need to account for the $895 acquisition fee - is that being paid up front or rolled into the payment?

Ask the dealer for a copy of the lease worksheet.

I get $553/mo if I use $46,836 as the cap cost (selling price minus rebates plus sales tax plus acquisition fee).

Dealer quote looks good, but there is some guessing in my calculations. The more details you can get from the dealer, the more we can help you.

I would confirm the MF the dealer is using for their quote; dealer could mark it up before applying the MSD discounts.

Using .00034 MF (.00079 - .00045), I get $412/mo.+tax.
Assuming 10 deposits, with 9 of them being MSDs

That seems just shy of your quoted payment (not knowing your sales tax rate). But, not far off. (no more than $10-$12 per month)

I got this deal from a dealer in Westchester county. They don’t have anymore hybrids left. The best deal I got from LI was around mid 500s for Q5 e Premium at Biener Audi. In my search I noticed that Biener and Massapequa agreed Costco discount of 10% before any incentives/rebates applied but I was looking for more than 12% off before rebates.
