Thanks Michaell, I assume because it's already September 2020 and the 2021's are coming out in November, the RV is much lower than beginning of the year, will keep group up on what the dealer shows me.

I approached a dealer about a loaner, the dealer told me that because it was a loaner with about 6700 miles, the residual had to be reduced down to 50.07.. Does this make sense in any way? I thought if it's a loaner, the sale price would be adjusted (which they claimed to adjust), but the residual would be the same as for a non-loaner (newer new) vehicle...

39/7.5: .00011 MF and 53% residual

The dealer is correct, the residual is adjusted lower to account for the extra mileage on the vehicle. For a loaner lease to be good, the selling price has to be a lot lower, to account for the residual reduction, plus more to make it a lower payment.
But, this is often the case.

For this Land Rover, the 39 month term does not look that advantageous. Be sure to have them run the numbers at 36 months, for comparison.

Inventory is pretty bad out there. I've had odd experiences with land rover dealers, I contact them over email, even in one case ready to make an offer, and they don't reply back to emails or call me back. Happened multiple times with multiple dealers. I guess they are too successful.

Earlier this year, 39 month terms were better. Salespeople don't bother to check them the next month. They get something in their head, and it just stays there, even when it is no longer the case.
