They come from the bank; they are due to you as a cap reduction on the lease contract.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and an explanation of how they got to that number from the adjusted price.

I just sent an e-mail asking those questions. The $305 I was quoted did include all taxes and fees, with the $1000 down payment including the first month's lease payment. I will be in touch with what the dealership replies with. Thanks for the on-going support and sharing of information!!!

They had to ship from another dealership to get the color I wanted I got my white 2020 Kona Limited AWD for $1000 down (which included first month's payment) and $305/month with 12k miles/year. I get free oil changes for the first year (bonus) and the blue link for 3 years (which is always included now). I'm pretty happy with the deal I got. Thanks again for all the help!!!
