    Either the dealer is using a different bank or credit union, or the MF is marked up (which we rarely see happening at a Toyota dealer).

    Ask them which bank or credit union they are using.

    And, you'll need way more detail for us to evaluate the quote. If they are hiding numbers, that tells you something.
