    The Money Factor has gone up a lot in September (0.00215 vs 0.00069), does it typically have to do with greater manufacturer incentives ($3000 vs $1750)? (to compensate?... In any case it doesn't fully compensate.. seems to be still more expensive in September to get a Pilot compared to August)

    They don't give us a reason, just the numbers.

    I'd speculate the lease payments were lower, last month.

    Actually, you gave me the AWD numbers not the FWD numbers. Why so rude? I am a serious shopper, I turn my lease in this month, I'm trying to decide whether to go with the Accord again or one of the SUV's. I'm asking for the two different mileages because my boyfriend and I do our leases together, he needs the 12K and I need the 15K.

    AWD and FWD numbers are the same.

    12K vs. 15K is always +2% on a 36 month lease
