    Also if you have any info on rate buy down with sec. deposits, I would be interested to know that too. Made a huge impact on the last Lexus we leased, but starting rate was prob higher then.

    Ok thank you very much. Just to clarify that the 5k lease cash would come off the agreed selling price not sticker. I ask because dealer shows vehicle with the 5k off sticker. I am going to start my negotiations this week and just want to be sure.

    Yes, incentive is subtracted from whatever price you negotiate.
