    Hi! Can you help? I have so many dumb questions that i can't find straight answers to (first time lessee, obviously), so i apologize if this isn't the right place. Here goes!
    1. Looking for MF/RV/Monthly Lease payment on a 2020 Rav4 LE Hybrid in 44905 area - 2yr/3yr, 12k/15k (current incentive for my area looks like 3yr $249 for 10k - is that "good" or can we do better?)
    2. What do i do with the MF/RV info?
    3. What are you actually able to negotiate in a lease?
    4. Best type of insurance for a lease?

    3. Selling price, mainly. But, keep an eye on the MF (can be marked up, but not often done by Toyota dealers) and fees
    4. The minimums for a lease are higher than if you purchase, and certainly higher than most state minimums. Check with the dealer what those will be, then get a quote from your insurance carrier to see what the premiums will be.

    Hello! I'm looking for the MF and residuals for the following RAV4 trims in zip code 10710:
    • LE AWD 36/12K
    • LE AWD 36/15K
    • XLE AWD 36/12K
    • XLE AWD 36/15K
    Any incentives are also appreciated.

    Also, forgive me if these are silly questions, but how much does zip code matter when it comes to MF and residuals (like the same state but next county over), and how much does the MF change over time (like a few months)?
