To give you an update: I just put a deposit down on a RAV4 Hybrid Limited AWD via a dealer trade, using the exact MF and residual you gave, for $400/mo (including taxes and fees) with a $5000 down. The downpayment is profit from selling our current car via Carvana, and includes the first lease payment. That's 7% off MSRP, pretty good I would say! They will likely take some loss on this, but they were eager to keep my business as they were bidding against a rival dealership, I don't mind at all :smile:!
