OK, I went to another dealer and got this offer... do you think I could lower the payments to $460 or that's impossible. I asked them about the MF but manager said theirs is 0.00059.(their zip code is 33160)

Thanks for your feedback! I was able to bring the price lower... to $449 (including tax + Audi Care). But I feel like he did not give me as big of a discount on the vehicle as the other guys yet the price is lower. Also the taxes are pretty high, I have asked for a breakdown including MF, discount rebates etc.
Given everything that is being rolled into the deal, that's not a bad payment.
Never hurts to try to go lower, however.

I think it was a flat 10% off for costco. $35905.50 selling price. then $1500 lease cash. Will get the offer in writing. He used .00079 MF, will need to make sure to get that down as well

Good deal? No add ons. Have Audi Care and wheel and tire on my 2017 Q7 and find them to be not worth it, except the wheels if you have run flats.

If there is ever something you don't understand on the paperwork, keep asking questions until you do understand. Only then, should you sign.
