I contacted 2 dealerships in my area...one could tell I was informed and treated me honorably and gave me the exact MF and residual you mentioned...

The other? After 2 days of not replying to my email, they finally do and this is what they said:
"My manager has confirmed that we participate the Lease cash back. The residual value is 56% and the money factor is 0.00104 without the rebate and with rebate it is 0.0031"
So when I confronted them about the obvious (ridiculous) hike in the MF...they replied with:
"We'll past, we wish you the best in your search for a new Audi."

Which obviously they meant "pass", lol, and no...I'll be the one passing on them.

Had a dealer in 90503 show me their buy rate was .00049 for an A4 40 Premium 36/10k was a bit confused. Took the deal anyway no one else around could beat the monthly.

.00049 is the buy rate for 39 or 42 month terms.

Either way, the lowest total cost is your goal. If no one else would beat the deal, then that's it.
