Add in fees = License, Title and Registration fee (184.00) + Acquisition fee (595.00) + Pre-delivery service charge (995.00) = $1774
Incentives = $3776.03 (dealer had 1000 for loyalty and 2 * 500 for dealer saving but I couldn't see these number on lease but as a total of 3776.03; it's hard to calculate in advance and get the price based on calculator at given link unless you have these numbers in advance)
Monthly lease came down to $300.00; paid $4600.00 Down (4300 Down and 300 for 1st month lease)

Congrats although I feel your dealer rolled in some hidden fees. I only put 2K down for ~300 monthly rate for the 2020 Touring AWD. Saying approximately because I put a trade in later of $700 value that decreased the monthly price further (intentionally wanted to put 2K down for credit card bonus)...Keep in mind that the loyalty 1K discount should be applied after the negotiated sales price...I know some dealers try to play that nasty game by asking you what do you drive before negotiating then claim that they are giving loyalty discount. For example, my negotiated price was 31500 then I told them about loyalty and that stuff. This car was my second leased car in my life and I learned a lot...you need to surprise the dealers, not them.
