    I'm working with a dealer on leasing a Honda CRV EX L and the numbers do not make sense to me:
    1) MSRP - $31,608
    2) Price after Incentives - $28,333 + ~$6000 taxes & fees (they aren't breaking it down)
    3) MF of .00166
    4) Monthly Lease is $395
    5) Zip code 11215, 12k/miles for 36 moths

    Something is off?

    I show the Honda numbers as being .00137 and 63%; no incentives

    I'd start by asking which bank the dealer is quoting from - could be a local bank or CU.

    You can see it in 2 locations. Section 6 A and Section 10 A as 31,500 which is 32,500 minus 1,000 loyalty. Yes you can combine first responder (500) with loyalty (1,000) but you cannot combine conquest with loyalty
