Hello guys...everyone and especially Michaell because you guys helped me in my lease 3 years ago. Back then Honda CRV was expensive and there were no incentives. I wonder if things got better. I really like my CRV AWD EXL with NAV but if there are better options like 2020 year or even other models then I am down for suggestions. Here is my deal back then of summer 2017:
Car: 2017 CRV AWD EXL-NAV
Cap cost: $30649.09 including nano care for paint protection interior and exterior and maintenance every 6 months
RV: 19785.35
Amount due at lease signing: 831.26 (including first payment)
Monthly payment: $406 including tax (if I take out paint protection and maintenance, it will be $380 or less per month including tax).

So I wonder if there are incentives now? Expect a better or worse deal if I want the same car but 2020? Do you guys recommend other options? If no and you recommend to stick with Honda, would I get discount if I am planning to re-lease from the same dealer? Do I need to play the same game I did 3 years ago when I went to 4-5 different dealers to get a solid deal?
Lastly, my contract ends this summer so wonder if thinking about it now is good or better to wait until late Spring

I'll answer your last question first.

No reason to exit your current lease early. Wait until summer to begin shopping.

Did something happen this week with Honda/Banks? I can see that lease prices have dropped dramatically based on Edmunds website for lease evaluation https://www.edmunds.com/evaluate-your-lease/

Like for example Touring AWD was $455/mo last week, now it's 427/mo...Anything happened behind the scene? Is it related to the expected release of hybrid?

Yes sales tax of 5%....seems "reasonable" is not that great. By all means, if you guys recommend to hold on it I trust you and Michaell here. My current lease ends in 6 months so I am not in rush for it (dealer counted equity but the net will be zero when counting the 6 months of payments left)...The dealer claimed that prices will go up and wanted me to rush in (not sure if true or just dealer's way of doing business). But in case you believe it's not a strong deal and waiting would be better, I still have 6 months to go!
