Appears they are marking up the money factor to .00113, from .00093. That adds about $16-$17/mo

The Adjusted CAP cost at the bottom of the right hand column assumes the $0 Due at Signing option.

I know it may be early, but, I would appreciate the May numbers. 36/12k in the 20877 zip code, tried to purchase today, and of course, they came with an inflated MF and I told them no, we came to an impasse. I was asking for 10.9 off before the $1,500 incentive. They wouldn't budge, I walked.

The top deal is better (16% off MSRP, vs 6.5%).

If you can get 16% off the bottom vehicle, it would result in a much lower payment.

Still, a good payment ($607/mo), relative to MSRP.

I'd take some of the equity as a check from the dealer and go with the higher payment. If the car is stolen or totaled during the lease, you'll lose that money.
