Dealers will give you whatever mileage allowance you require. They "offer" 36/10, because they can show the lowest payment, that way.

Current programs run through May 3rd

You gave me the below on my inquiry from last week. The dealer is now saying they are doing 39 month leases because they are going through a 3rd party bank.

1. is residual the same for a 39 vs a 36 month? vehicle details below
2. They are saying that because of the 3rd party bank they cant offer the $1750 dealer cash incentive and can only give $1000. Is that legit?
3. Is destination fee included in the MSRP when doing the calculation for the residual value? or it is it the MSRP without the destination?

Well... the dealer cash is from Honda to the dealer.

But, yes... if it isn't a Honda Finance lease, it drops from $1750 to $1000

Hello, can someone help explain... dealer says... "The incentives are $750 dealer cash and $1000 lease cash. They do not get applied separately from cap cost. The only incentives that get applied separately with a Honda lease or finance are military or college grad rebates." My question is where should the $1,750 show up on a lease worksheet?

It won't - it will be part of whatever discount from MSRP the dealer offers you.

Therefore, if the MSRP is $37,750 and they offer you $36,000, then you are paying sticker price.
