Audi dealers have been horrible this year, very little discounts, and the worse RV does not help, 51% to 49% depending on trim, just horrible.
Does anyone have the residual, MF, and incentives on 2021 X5 xdrive40i for 42/12k for Jacksonville, FL. I noticed this dealer is a truecar dealer and they said they would deal off the average MSRP, how much more do you think they would come off for a new build. Thank you
Can you guys help me.. I have no idea what I am doing wrong (or am I doing it wrong?)
I am trying to calculate my target lease offer for a: 2021 x5, x40i 12,000 miles year
Zip Code: 11217
The built MSRP: $66,950
Target discount: 10%
Ideal selling price: $60,255
MF: .00099
Residual: 53%
Sales Tax: 8.875%
There is a $500 conquest but not clear to me if there is MORE? (I guess this is dealer specific?)
Money Down: BMW has I think a $4999 (is this negotiable?)
Security Deposit: I am OK to do this, if this would help reduce my monthly. (7x)
In my dreams I would like to get to sub $600 per month (TOTAL, Tax included)... but for some reason I can't seem to get the same calculation twice.. no matter what calcualtion tool I use. I want to make an offer but want to have clean numbers I am working with!
ANY HELP would be super appreciated. (don't just share a link to how to do it or leasehackr.. I've spent days on this but my brain is not well equipped for this process.

I think you'll have issues getting 10% off MSRP on a new 2021 model
BMW doesn't require a certain amount down. You are just seeing advertisements with sample payments. The more they assume upfront, the lower the advertised payment. You can structure the lease however you want.
I think your chances of getting a payment anywhere close to $600/mo. are infinitesimal.
Hi. I have an appointment in the morning and trying to at least seem like I know what I’m talking about. I’m looking into a 2021 x5 xdrive40i MSRP $72,045. What is a good selling price to negotiate and what is the MF and RV and incentives for 21117? Also, is $800 a month unreasonable? Thanks

Hi, may I please have the mf / residual / incentives / any loyalty on a 2021 BMW xDrive X5 4.0 in 07470? 36 mo/ 10k. (if the M Sport package changes mf/ residual, can you please share that as well) Thanks!

Just wanted everyone to be aware of what happened to me today. Leasing a 2021 x5 40i was given a MF of .00139 originally. Asked for .00099 based off my 781 fico score. The manager agreed. I never stated how much I wanted monthly. At the finance table, they switched my MF back to .00139. When I said something, They said they don’t do .00099 only .00139. Which was another lie. They switched it back to .00099 but my payment stayed the same. Not sure what they did to come up with the same monthly, but I’m sure it is some lie.
I did use leasehackr while I was there. It did show them in a lie. But then they made up some other lies I didn’t understand.

Can you give this an expert eyeball please? I want to plug the numbers into LeaseHackr and I can't for the life of me match the quote from the dealer.
1) can you send me a Leashackr link with these data filled out? So I can see clearly what I have here to work with? (https://leasehackr.com/calculator)
2) can you guys advise if this is a good deal or not? Anything in here you would strike or is BS? Was a straight offer from the dealer.. no negotiation took place, he just gave me this quote for my ideal build.
3) Any advice to get this to low $700's? Apparently in NYS I can't do the MSD, which is annoying.. so any advice would be welcome.

Without MSDs, your only way to lower the payment is to get a bigger discount.
Or, shop in NJ or CT where you can use MSDs.
It is for the x40i spec...
I don't understand their quote, and how to plug these number into the lease calculator... there are things here I don't know what they are!
And does this look like a solid price?
This sheet has the only four numbers you need to calculate a payment MSRP Adjusted CAP cost Residual percentage Money factor
The rest of the charges are listed, and paid upfront, along with the first payment. You only need to add them up (or, just read the "Amount due at Start" at the bottom)
The discount is $4095. If you think that is good, then it's a good deal, given the lease program available.

You guys are amazing! Thank you.
This is the link to the Leasehackr calculator for this deal (drive-off is off by ~$39, so negligible).
I'd argue that this is not a good deal. Sure, you're getting base MF, but I've seen a couple of people in your area getting at least 10% off MSRP. Just my opinion.
Thank you for this. I agree and like to get to 10%... not sure what leverage I have other than shopping this deal to others to beat and going around until I max someone out.

To ask... does this mean my quote is not requiring me to put 'money down'? I am confused since on the BMW site part of the offer is contingent on '$3,335 customer down'... has that been waived?

@tbracher Just add up the numbers in the right hand column. (actually, they added them up for you). That is the amount Due at Signing. Also, those amounts are itemized, so you can see what you are paying for.

36/12 .00099 MF and 55% residual $500 lease credit
Why can you get a Lease estimate on BMWUSA for a 42months if they don't offer it?
General advice for wheel / rim warranty when leasing? is there a reasonable no hassle third party warranty (unless you suggest dealer) you guys would recommend since i am looking to lease? (reason is I am looking at 20" RF's and live in brooklyn where roads are barely paved). Any price estimates of that cost for warranty?

We didn't say it wasn't offered; we said it wasn't supported.
The residual is poor and will result in a much higher payment than for 36 months.

I am trying to calculate my target lease offer for a:
2021 x5, x40i
12,000 miles year
- Zip Code: 11217
- The built MSRP: $66,950
- Target discount: 10%
- Ideal selling price: $60,255
- MF: .00099
- Residual: 53%
- Sales Tax: 8.875%
- There is a $500 conquest but not clear to me if there is MORE? (I guess this is dealer specific?)
- Money Down: BMW has I think a $4999 (is this negotiable?)
- Security Deposit: I am OK to do this, if this would help reduce my monthly. (7x)
In my dreams I would like to get to sub $600 per month (TOTAL, Tax included)... but for some reason I can't seem to get the same calculation twice.. no matter what calcualtion tool I use. I want to make an offer but want to have clean numbers I am working with!ANY HELP would be super appreciated. (don't just share a link to how to do it or leasehackr.. Ok. So this is what is confusing to me. So if we look at the lease estimate. There is a selling price less 6%, this I understand is a dealer ‘reduced price as a result of a negotiation’ but are you saying that my money down is actually is mostly what is driving that difference?
I ask and why I’m confused is because the lease calc that you made (thank you!) shows no money down.
Can you clarify and apologies in advance.
Here is that calculator you shared.
And following, where would I input a trade in vehicle or say $2000?
