Yes! Got the K5 already.
Turns out I am able to sell my cx5 to carvana for about $300 above my payoff even though the lease doesn't end until. May. Plus I rolled in $2800 negative equity, so it makes sense to sell it!

Thanks for the eye-opening comment. I looked it up and docu fee should be $150-300, truecar says average for VA is $403.
My add ons are trailer hitch with harness $1431 and roof rack w crossbars $1011.

The $2432 of accessories goes right to the top line. Unlike the rest of the vehicle, you are paying for these in total over three years, not just a portion. $75/mo just for those two items.

Also, we see very high doc/dealer fees in VA. Rarely under $500, any more.

I am looking for a 2021 Odyssey EX-L and Touring. Assume 36 mo lease with 12k miles per year. I may buy it at home (07928) or in Maryland where I am currently (20861). Can you please provide the 4 MF/residual/incentives? I have a current Odyssey lease that is expiring so perhaps there is an incentive for loyalty or such. Is there a price that is considered "good" for purpose of calculating the lease payment?
