Hi! Can you please confirm the residual for 2021 X7 M50i 36/10 for NJ? Is it 55% or 56%? Asking because based on the math in the fine print on BMW's special offer, it comes out to 56%:
MSRP of $108,595
Purchase option at lease end: $60,813

You don't. You simply tell them you want the base rate, or you'll shop elsewhere. They know what the number is.

Just did a "handshake deal" on a $87k X7 x40I and put down a deposit to get the car ordered. It should be here sometime in December. But here is the question, the deal is about $500 below invoice here in Florida To get it done they said they can use a $1000 conquest money in addition to the $500 lease credit. Conquest money? I haven't seen anything about that being offered from BMW right now. I guess I don't care what they do to give me my number but I am concerned that they're just telling me what I want to hear and then when the car comes in try to change the offer. I've never done business with this dealership so I have no relationships and no comfort factor with them yet.

Sure. Well again is just a handshake deal. Only 2 x7s on the lot and not close to what i wanted,, so I had to order it. With the limited availability and having to the order the car that certainly takes away a lot of my leverage. But the MSRP was $86,995. Agreed on flat $82,000. Now that I realize there is a $1000 conquest money that puts the deal a bit over invoice. They're still making a fair profit But I feel comfortable with it given the circumstances. They are trying to get the car delivered sometime in December. I'm hoping BMW will run a program in the last month of the year and I can grab some more discounts. Hope that was helpful.

The amount of money you give the dealer up front will not change the MF or RV. The MF is for top tier credit, and the RV is fixed by the leasing bank.
